Our Space

CHICAT is located just south of the Illinois Medical District, in a beautifully renovated former warehouse with breathtaking views of Chicago’s skyline. While preserving much of the original wood and other historic features of the original structure, architects Landon Bone Baker and general contractors Bulley and Andrews created a bright, open, and inviting space that inspires collaborations and celebrations.

CHICAT is available to rent for a range of professional and personal events including weddings, conferences, staff retreats & trainings, holiday parties, and other celebrations. Our building is ADA compliant and includes a large performance space, smaller classrooms, a commercial kitchen, and a full suite of AV resources.
