Focus Areas: You’ll dive into essential topics such as food safety, culinary arts, workplace safety, job readiness, food preparation, equipment identification, knife skills, product identification, storage, cooking methods, and nutrition.
Certifications: Earn nationally recognized certifications in food sanitation management and workplace safety.
Industry Insights: Beyond the basics, our program emphasizes customer service, networking, and job opportunities, helping you enhance your earning potential through emotional intelligence, leadership, and accountability.
